Any mention of installation below does not include anything that requires fixing to wall, installation of bespoke items as described in our terms or anything electrical such as lighting.

All ex-display items are priced excluding delivery and installation, should you be interested in any items please contact your nearest store or email and we will provide a quote.

Order under £100 – Delivery Charge: £19.99
 • Orders under £100 will be sent via courier once the goods have arrived into our warehouse. They are normally delivered within 1-2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days.
• A signature will be.  required upon delivery.
• Delivery is door to door only anywhere within mainland UK. Please note some couriers will only deliver to the entrance of an apartment building if the goods are too heavy for one
person to carry.

Order between £100 & £750 – Delivery Charge: £50 (subject to postcode)

Postcode exceptions
Unfortunately due to delivery costs the following postcodes carry a £150 surcharge unless a courier can be used.

Delivery Day
Urbansuite is only liable for delivery of goods to the building entrance. For delivery to upper levels, lift access/size needs cofirming beforehand. If installation is arranged and delivery into your home it is your responsibility to ensure the entrance route is clear and there is sufficient space in the room.
Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away.
 You will be required to sign a confirmation that the goods have been delivered in a satisfactory condition. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you cannot be there to sign the confirmation, you have 24 hours to notify our customer care team of any damage or fault.
Should delivery include installation to room of choice it is the drivers responsibility to place the item. However should any damage be caused to fixtures, fittings or goods then neither the carrier nor the manufactures can be held liable therefore please ensure that access is clear and free from obstruction.
Delivery Time
Whilst we do try to accommodate deliveries on a day which is convenient for you our delivery teams are not in every post code area every day so your delivery will be arranged according to which day our vehicle is in your area. Please advise us should you require further details or have any specific delivery needs. 
Deliveries are made normally made between Monday to Saturday but can deliver Sunday for an extra cost. You will be allocated an AM or PM delivery slot and the delivery team will call you enroute to give you an estimated time of arrival if requested. 
In the event that you are not present or available to receive your goods during the agreed time slot, or cancel the delivery once the goods are out for delivery, a delivery charge will be made to deliver your order to you at another time.
The delivery date and time slot given is approximate and may change due to circumstance beyond our control. If your order is delayed we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible, however, we are unable to accept liability for consequential losses as a result.
